Macron Transport Certificate – Easy Registration Here
MACRON Transport Certificate regulation is mandatory since July 1st, 2016 for all transportation and transit TO / FROM France, passengers and cargo, regardless of the size of the vehicle.
Any driver performing transport to / from France, including transit, is entitled to French minimum wage of 9,88 € per hour.
The law requires to have filled out a declaration for each driver, which must be processed in French, including having representation in France, dated and signed before sending the any driver to France.
The certificate is valid for a maximum period of 6 months.
